About Angel Tree Adoptions

The Starkville Salvation Army is looking for individuals and/or groups to adopt families from our Angel Tree during this year's giving season. Individuals and/or groups can adopt a family beginning Wednesday, November 9th – 12th and November 14th – 18th and will have until Monday, December 12th to return the items to the Salvation Army Store. Anyone interested in adopting a family can go and pick an angel from our tree at Kroger in the entrance lobby between 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
Those who adopt families will be providing clothes and gifts for children 12 and under. Gifts and clothes do not have to be wrapped but need to be dropped off no later than Monday, December 12th the Salvation Army will have time to coordinate pick up with the parents/guardians before Christmas. The Salvation Army will also be giving boxes of canned goods to the families that are a part of Angel Tree so donations of nonperishable food items are welcomed too.
