About Saturday Food Pantry Distribution

Individuals are welcome to volunteer anytime between 9-11:30AM to help unload the food truck, unpack and display the food on tables, distribute food to community members, and help clean up after the distribution. Please wear closed toed shoes, and be aware that some lifting may be involved.

Application Process

Please visit www.salarmyelgin.org to register as a volunteer and then stop by 316 Douglas Ave to fill out an application for a background check.

Family-Friendly

Parents and children are invited and encouraged to get involved.
