About Youth Character Building and Community Outreach

We want energized, open, willing, and community driven people to help lead our youth character building programs. What this volunteer would do is help the youth in the community with different types of life, communicative and outreach skills to better themselves and others around them. We dedicate in giving our youth the best and positive experiences that is possible. Volunteers would help with overseeing different events such as outdoor trips, urban ministry, cooking, first aid, sports, music, cultural experiences and everything in between. This volunteer position may involve going to other cities for events put on by The Salvation Army or special events such as museums, sports activities or volunteer work. Volunteering for this position will allow the youth to experience community but also allow them to have mentors in their life to give them positive advice, care and love. This is a Christian faith based position and we will be actively working and speaking about God and teaching the bible, verse memorization and talking about the active work that Jesus is doing today.

Application Process
