About 2016 iFLY Conference Setup and Support
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR 2016 iFLY CONFERENCE
The 2016 Generation FREE iFLY Conference (Inspiring Future Leaders Youth Conference) will provide seventh and eighth grade students with the opportunity to participate in interactive, hands-on activities that will help them develop important communication, leadership and team-building skills.
We are expecting more than 250 youth at each conference, so we are seeking volunteers to help with several key functions of the conference, including registration/check-in, set-up, session facilitation, group leaders and lunch distribution.
The iFLY Conference is a great opportunity for campus or community organizations to earn community service hours.

We need volunteers to help with:
Check-In/Registration
- Record total number of youth and adults in attendance
- Distribute registration packets and youth incentives
- Distribute and collect evaluation forms
Group Leader
- Remind session presenters and facilitators of schedule
- Monitor students in hallways and other areas
- Assist with distribution and collection of evaluation forms
Session Facilitator
- Provide support to students during hands-on activities
- Assist with distribution and collection of evaluation forms
Set-up/Breakdown and Lunch Preparation/Distribution
- Assist with unloading/loading of equipment
- Assist with set-up of lunch
- Distribute lunches to youth and adults
- Assist with clean-up after lunch
- Assist with loading leftover lunches

- Distribute and collect evaluation forms
