About Give Awesome Tours
Be part of the docent team that takes visitors through the house and garden at The Oaks! You can decide when and for how long you want to give a tour. You'll learn about the history of the house and Boyd family and can develop your own fun, interesting tour.
We have visitors from other parts of the country and world who are visiting Mississippi for the first time; help them discover what life was like in the mid-1800s for a middle-class family in Jackson. Enjoy the wonder when they see one of the garden's towering magnolia trees for the first time!
