About One by One, 5th Annual Fall Fundraiser
We are starting the planning of our annual One by One and Volunteers help us make our event successful every year!
I will post more details closer to the event!
*We also want to say Thank You to the University Club of MSU for sponsoring us and helping to make this event a success!

We need volunteers to help with:
Setting Up for the Event
October 4, 2015 12:00pm – 1:00pm
This would involve coming to our office, gathering needed items for our silent auction etc, loading them up in vehicles, and unloading them at the
UClub.
TRUCKS or vehicles with lots of space will be needed.

Greeters

This would involve welcoming our guests and handing out programs etc.

Silent Auction Table Attendees
October 4, 2015 4:00pm – 7:00pm
This would involve manning our silent
auction booths, just being visibly present, and answering any questions etc.

Tear Down

This would involve packing up left over items, loading them into cars, and taking them back to our office.
