Now in its 24th year, this event features our local media celebrities showing off their personalities and scooping favorite Blue Bunny flavors for your votes. Guest will enjoy 20+ different ice creams to sample, Splash Pad, Dunking Booth, Live DJ and More!

We need volunteers to help with:
IC Field Manager
July 14, 2018 9:00am – 1:30pm
Work directly with Supply Manager, explain duties to scooper assistants and assign to booths. Make sure volunteers remain at station or reassign where needed. Problem Solve
Ice Cream Quality Manager
July 14, 2018 9:00am – 1:30pm
Set up distribution area inside cooler, be familiar with product labeling, stay with ice cream to maintain quality control, distribution to runners, etc.

Ice Cream Runners
July 14, 2018 9:30am – 1:30pm
Move Ice Cream from truck to booths during event, check on scoopers for all needed including spoons and cups
Who volunteered?
Scooper Assistants
July 14, 2018 9:30am – 1:30pm
Scoop ice cream and run supplies when needed, distribute bottled water to vendors and volunteers throughout event.

Manager of Dunking Booth
July 14, 2018 9:00am – 1:30pm
Setup dunk tank area including lines, table, towels, etc,. Be responsible for all cash and cc sales. Delegate responsibilities of dunk tank team. Keep eye on flow of traffic for dunkers and dunkees. Problem solve.
