About The Gifted Gown Sneaker Ball

Join us for our very first fundraiser, The Gifted Gown Sneaker Ball! Dress to impress but don't forget to pair your ensemble with your fave sneakers! Help us celebrate 6 years of serving our community with a night of music, dancing, Best Sneaker contest, silent auction, Microsoft Gaming Lounge, Sun King Brewery, Garden Party and more! All proceeds go directly to The Gifted Gown to assist us in continuing to operate and serve our community. You won't want to miss this! Must be 21 & over attend :)

Application Process

All volunteers will need to fill out the Volunteer Information Packet located under Documents on our GiveGab homepage. Please return to [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to the event. https://www.givegab.com/nonprofits/the-gifted-gown/docs

We need volunteers to help with:

Sneaker Ball Check-In

November 1, 2018 5:30pm – 8:30pm

This task is filled or completed

We are looking for help to use our guest list to check-in our guests who have already purchased tickets online and also check IDs of all guests. Also, we will be selling tickets at the door upon check-in as well. We will have everything you need and will be able to show you what to do step by step :) Must be 21 or over.

Sneaker Ball Silent Auction

November 1, 2018 5:30pm – 8:30pm

We are looking for someone to help with our Silent Auction. This position will oversee the auction and be there in case anyone has questions.

Sneaker Ball Set-Up

November 1, 2018 4:00pm – 6:00pm

We have 2 hours to set up for our event and need a couple of people to jump in and help where needed. Putting out centerpieces, setting up Selfie Booth, making sure tables/chairs are in the right place, etc.

Sneaker Ball Clean-Up

November 1, 2018 9:00pm – 10:00pm

We need help cleaning up and tearing down the event. Simple tasks to get things back to how we were given the space will make it easy to get this done quickly.

Sneaker Ball Social Media Moguls

We're looking for 2 people who LOVE social media and would like to take over our social media accounts or the night. Post, share, like, love, snap, create FB & IG stories about our event and have fun with it.
