About Café Assistant

Café Assistant volunteers help staff the café during events and general open hours. Café Assistants work to create a welcoming environment for guests, prepare drinks and provide knowledge about The Freedom Café mission (training provided).

Café Assistants serve a regular weekly shift of 2 or more hours and are asked to commit to a minimum of 3 months of volunteering in order to receive necessary training for the position.
