About Twitter Social Media Volunteer

Purpose: If you are on point with your social media game, consider using that skill to help The Farmory grow! The Twitter Social Media Volunteer will lead efforts in The Farmory’s social media presence to raise awareness of the organization and engage readers in our efforts to build a non-profit urban farm. All social media activity will take place in conjunction with organizational goals and overall marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
o Create effective, engaging posts on Twitter
o Strive to collaborate with other social media volunteers in order to improve the functionality of all social media (Website, blog, Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube)
o Work with professional staff to develop goals for our social media presence
o Work with professional staff to develop an evaluation processes to determine effectiveness of social media program in relation to identified goals.
o Analyze similar institutions social media presence and strategies
