About Christmas Gift Program

Each year, Pequea Valley School District and The Factory Ministries work together to compile a list of families who may want to participate in our Christmas Gift Program. The children in these families are able to request a “fun” gift and a clothing gift, each valued at $25 or less.

The requests are given to people from local businesses, churches, school, communities, etc., who then go out and purchase items. We are estimating to have around 400 children request gifts this year, which means there will be around 800 gifts to purchase!

Over 150 requests have already been received, and we are ready to give those over to sponsors. If your family, friends, coworkers, small group, or church congregation would like to make a child’s Christmas, please reach out to [email protected] to find out about how you can participate.

On December 17, parents and guardians are invited to join volunteers at the Together Community Center for a gift wrapping party. All wrapping supplies are provided. Each gift costs the family $1 and the families will wrap their gifts individually, so when sponsors turn their purchased gifts in, they should be left unwrapped.
