About Direct Services


Provides financial assistance for basic needs to stabilize low income families in crisis situations and prevent homelessness. Case management is provided to assist the family to identify the underlying factors leading to their crisis and to develop a plan of action to address them.

We need volunteers to help with:

Contact clients served with financial assistance to check on their progress for outcomes (30/90/180 days-remained, evicted, or unable to locate).

- Must be patient, have a positive attitude, and have the ability to ask for information.

- Daytime and evening shifts available Monday-Thursday.
