About Volunteer with TRLA

If you’re an attorney or other professional who is interested in providing pro bono services, we need your assistance! More than 2.6 million residents of Southwest and Central Texas are considered eligible for TRLA services, a ratio of almost 21,000 potential clients per legal aid lawyer.

That means we have a lot of work to do. In 2018, for example, more than 1,500 clients were assisted by volunteer firms, attorneys, law students, judges, and court staff in cases involving family law, disaster relief, wills, expunctions, and consumer issues.
