About Pro Bono Training and Development Specialists Needed

Taproot Foundation is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to lead, mobilize and engage professionals in pro bono service that drives social change. We are currently seeking Pro Bono Training and Development Specialists! Taproot Training and Development Specialists are responsible for creating the training, tools and processes necessary to implement a performance management system or staff development plan. Training and Development Specialists work closely with a team of professionals including performance management analysts, internal communications specialists, and strategic HR consultants.
