About Senior Nutrition Program Food Delivery

The Senior Nutrition Program (SNP) consists of 2 main services - Home Delivered Meals and Congregate Dining Sites [3 throughout the county]. We serve approximately 400 meals on a daily basis: Monday through Friday. We deliver to Seniors throughout our entire county. The need is great and I am constantly looking at ways to improve and enhance our service to some of the county's most frail individuals.

I am looking to you, as volunteers to help my SNP Courier with the distribution of food to our Home Delivered Meal Clients. I am flexible in that it does not have to be the same volunteer for the entire distribution. This may make it easier to "fill" the volunteer slots.

Volunteers would ride with our SNP Courier, in a County Vehicle and deliver the groceries to our Seniors.
