About Arts and Craft Show Volunteers for the Nature Center at Letchworth State Park

Letchworth State Park is holding its annual Arts & Crafts Show on October 10-12th. They want to have many volunteers on site to fundraise for the Nature Center, which is the foundation of the Geneseo-Letchworth Partnership.

Potential duties include manning an information booth or collecting money at park entrances. Shifts will be four hours long from either 9:00-1:00 p.m. or 1:00-5:00 p.m. Please consider more than one shift!

Volunteering entitles you to free entry into the park! Enjoy a hike, bike, or scenic drive before or after your shift. Or you can work a shift, camp for free in the group camping area, then work another shift the following day. The camping option involves tent camping in a rustic group camping site. The FORCES Club will organize this.

Application Process

Contact Dr. Jim Kernan if you would like to volunteer. Volunteers must attend a short (20-30 minutes) but fun and informative briefing before Fall Break.
