About Summer Exhibition Set up

The summer exhibition preview will open on Friday 30th June at 6pm. We are looking for people who are handy/confident with hanging pictures/lighting/securing plinths etc for the Thursday and Friday set up of the show. We have the hall from 9.30-3.30 on the Thursday and 9.30 until the start of the show at 6.

We have divided the shifts as so:
Thursday 29th 9.30am-12.30am - Set up Foyer
Thursday 29th 12.30-3.30 pm- Set up Ballroom and Side room

Friday 30th - 9.30am- 12.30pm
Friday 30th- 12.30-3.30pm
Friday 30th 3.30-5.30pm

The preview will begin at 6pm
