About Exhibition Preview

The preview will run on Friday 30th June from 6pm-10pm

We will be needing Front of House Staff for 2 hour shifts as follows:
2 exhibition invigilators in the ballroom at all times
2 reception volunteers
1 payments officer (needs to take payments via a paypal app on a tablet , log in the sales book and log buyer details)

The shift times will be 6-8pm, 8-10pm

We will also need two stewards between 9pm and 10pm to usher people out of the building quietly.


We shall be running a bar on the night, so we would require 3 people to run the bar on 2.5 hour shifts.

The first shift is at 5.00 pm-7.30pm and includes set up and serving
The second shift shall be from 7.30- 10pm and includes serving and pack up.
