About Community Share Finale Event

We shall be hosting an event and walk over to Longford park. We will be needing as many volunteers as possible for various roles, including set-up, front of house, tea and coffee stations, walk marshals. We will have two shifts to cover the day. 11.30-2pm and 14.00-17.30

The morning shift will be in charge of set up of the ballroom and refreshments, front of house and a few volunteers will be allocated as walk marshals.

The afternoon shift will be serving refreshments, front of house, events assistance with the consultation and take down/tidy up.

This is a large event and we do need as many people as possible to help out.
