About Choir concert set up and front of house

Hannah is organising a choir concert on the 9th July (Sunday)

We will need 3 volunteers to help set up between 5pm and 6pm, and to staff reception from 6pm- 8pm

Two volunteers are needed on reception to take care of sign in and sales of tickets, while one volunteer is needed to count numbers in and out.

From 8pm-9pm we will need stewards to usher visitors quietly out.
