About Charity Fundraising Event Volunteers
A community member is organising a charity fundraising event in aid of Kids Inspire. It will consist of Live Music, Arts and Crafts and Tea and Coffee. They have asked if any volunteers would be interested in helping out. They need four volunteers to help out on the day- two to run reception and two to help serve tea and coffee between 1pm and 5pm. If possible, one keyholder.

We need volunteers to help with:
Tea and Coffee set up and serving
March 5, 2017 1:00pm – 4:30pm
Volunteers would be asked to set up and man the tea and coffee station
Who volunteered?
Front of house/ reception
March 5, 2017 1:30pm – 5:00pm
Volunteers are in charge of opening the front door and sitting at reception, keeping record of the numbers of people entering the hall, and closing the door to the public once event has finished
Who volunteered?
