About Back to the Civic - An acoustic sing along night

We will be needing:
2-3 set up volunteers to set up the Ballroom cabaret style from 5.30-6.30pm
2 Reception volunteers from 6.30-7pm
2-3 Bar volunteers from 6- 9.30pm - Bar volunteers need to have gone through training with Heather- please indicate to Rachel if you have been trained or not when signing up for this role
2-3 volunteers to help tidy up
