Purposed and passionate people promoting strength and self sufficiency with the homeless through the discipline and joy of running. We are created spirit, body, and soul. Success in any one of those areas spreads to the others.
Training 3 times weekly, our participants build physical endurance with the short-term goal of completing a 5k race. Participants also learn about nutrition and participate in community service events with the broader goal of building self-discipline and other essential characteristics that promote a healthy, successful life.
