About Cleaning the city

Stockton 209 cares has a C.A.R.E.S CREW that works 5 days a week cleaning up the illegal dumping in the city. The C.A.R.E.S CREW consist of homeless that want to work and make a paycheck that qualifies them for housing. We do accept volunteers to come out and work with the crew.
