We are looking for energetic, motivated volunteers with great people skills. Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and basic knowledge of social networking (Facebook, Twitter) is a plus. Must be comfortable on the phone and in the field.
Assist in the creation and delivery of signage, circulars, mock ups, e-mail campaigns, on line promotion, etc.
Assist with the "delivery" of event marketing materials.
Assist with analysis of marketing and ticket sales data.
Make follow up phone calls to currents & future sponsors.
Provide support for social media event marketing efforts. Assist with cause related marketing campaign fulfillment as per sponsorship levels outline.

The Silent Auction Assistant will be the key person in charge of organizing the silent auction items which are procured by the Event Development Committee Members and other volunteers.

Responsibilities include entering items and donor info into an excell spread sheet, tracking and alphabetizing in-kind gift forms, create catchy description of each item to "frame" including creating bid-sheets for each auction item, prep items for display at the Butterfly Hope Dinner Dance and
oversee set up and break down of Silent Auction.

Event coordinators, also known as event or meeting planners, are in charge of coordinating all the details required to ensure our event runs smoothly and successfully
They are expected to be onsite the day of the event to oversee and assist in silent auction set up, troubleshoot any issues that may arise and help with the meet and greet of event guests.
