About Habitat for Humanity House Volunteers
The Starkville Area Habitat for Humanity is in need of volunteers to help finish building their habitat home for a local family this spring! Volunteers will be assisting Habitat Construction Manager John Breazeale in building the house step by step. The Habitat House is located at 81 Murdoch Lane, Starkville, MS.
Volunteers are needed to serve during on the following dates/times:
5/8/15 – 8am- 12pm – 10 volunteers
5/8/15 – 1pm – 5pm – 10 volunteers
5/9/15 – 8am- 12pm – 5 volunteers
5/9/15 – 1pm – 5pm – 5 volunteers
5/13/15 – 1pm – 5pm – 10 volunteers
5/16/15 – 8am- 12pm – 9 volunteers
5/20/15 – 1pm – 5pm – 10 volunteers
Volunteers must be 16 years or older and all volunteers under 18 must have a parent sign a waiver.
Volunteers are required to volunteer for a 4-hour shift and are advised to wear closed toe shoes. Also, no cell phone use is permitted on work site.
