About Magnolia Film Festival

Do you love movies? Do you want to help your community see productions from filmmakers around the world? Volunteer with the Magnolia Film Festival!

The Magnolia Film Festival is an annual event that provides three days of feature-length and short films that you won't see anywhere else. Entries come from around the world, but the focus is always on highlighting local talent especially. The Festival will run from March 2 to March 4 this year at Hollywood Premier Cinemas.

Volunteers will help with setting up reception and take down reception/after party, setting up registration table and fest table, handing out programs at festival, assisting in the tech booth, and staffing the VIP lounge.

Thursday, 3/2
3:00 - 4:30 pm - Reception set-up at Holiday Inn Express
6:00 - 6:30 pm - Set up fest table and awards at theatre
7:00 - 10:00 pm - VIP lounge staffers

Friday, 3/3
7:00 - 10:00 pm - VIP lounge staffers

Saturday, 3/4
1:00 - 8:30 pm - VIP lounge staffers
9 pm - Help with take down
2 am - After party clean-up
