About Cotton District Arts Festival 2016

The Starkville Area Arts Council needs many volunteers to help us host the 2016 Cotton District Arts Festival on Saturday, April 16th!

Volunteers are needed at various times between 5:30 AM and 7 PM to set up and break down the festival, greet people at the entrance gates, and work the merchandise sales booths. Volunteers are also needed at the beverage wagons, 5K, and environmental services.

The Festival attracts over 42K annually and is a great way to earn community service hours as well as give back to your community!

Volunteers are expected to work at least a 2 hour shift and should check in at the information desk across from Bulldog Burger Company. In addition, greeters are required to go through a very short training session before the shift begins. Lastly, volunteers need to arrive about 15 minutes before their shift begins.
