St. Mary's Athletics has been successful from the beginning. Teams continue to go to the playoffs and win. A legacy of strong coaching staff helps to develop the whole child to be well rounded-in the pews, in the classroom and on the field of play. SMS competes in the AIAL Class AA within the Archdiocese of San Antonio Catholic Schools. Football, Volleyball, Cross Country, Basketball, Track, Tennis, Baseball and Softball are the sports offered at St. Mary's Catholic School.
