About Celebrity Winterfest - March 1-3, 2013
We are celebrating our SWEET 16 this year and we are looking for volunteers to help with this fantastic fundraiser. The Celebrity Winterfest® is a high-profile, event-packed weekend that provides a unique opportunity for company team building, client development and fun head-to-head competition between the participating companies. Taking place at the luxurious Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort and Diamond Peak Ski Resort where up to 16 companies will sponsor a team of 8 skiers. Each team is paired with a Special Olympics Athlete and a Celebrity.
We have a variety of volunteer assignments available over the weekend. Be a Volunteer – you won’t be disappointed!!!
We need volunteers to help with:
Silent Auction Set‐up
with numbering the packages and placing bid sheets with appropriate auction
items.
Hospitality Room Set‐ Up
(muffins, fruit, juices, etc.) and lunch (sandwiches, chips., drinks)
Plungefest Registration
are signed for “day of” Plungers and those under 18 years of age.
Silent Auction Set‐up
with numbering the packages and placing bid sheets with appropriate auction
items.
Hospitality Room Set‐ Up
(muffins, fruit, juices, etc.) and lunch (sandwiches, chips., drinks)
