About Team, Regional Leadership & "Day of" Volunteers
Teams, Gallatin Valley Leadership and Special Olympics Events all welcome volunteers wanting to aid our mission of providing year-round sports programs to individuals with disabilities. Training is provided every step of the way. Opportunities are posted on the website here www.somt.org/volunteer/team-area-volunteer-opportunities/#big_sky, and are updated regularly. Job descriptions are also listed on the site VolunteerMatch.
Application Process
"Day Of" Volunteers have required covid & communicable disease forms/waivers to turn in on the day of volunteering. In addition, all other volunteers have a required application/waiver, background check and Protective Behaviors training course to complete.
