About State Bowling Tournament

The State Bowling Tournament is the second largest competitive event on the Special Olympics Kentucky calendar and includes more than 1,300 bowlers and Unified partners from across the state.

Volunteers needed on Saturday and/or Sunday to serve as Lane Workers and Awards Escorts for Area Bowling Tournament held at King Pin Lanes and Fern Valley Strike and Spare.

Lane workers ensure that bowlers bowl in the correct order and turn in scores to the official scorers (lane workers do NOT need to know how to keep score). Awards escorts escort the bowlers from their lane to the awards area at the end of competition.
