About Program Ambassador - Speak Up for Kids of Palm Beach County

Speak Up for Kids is the fundraising arm of the Palm Beach County Guardian ad Litem Program. Through our work, Guardian ad Litem volunteer advocates are recruited as are foster homes to serve the many children removed from their living situations due to abuse, abandonment, or neglect.

We are always recruiting for GALs as the work they do is critical in changing the trajectory of the lives of children for whom they advocate, but we realize that not everyone can make the commitment to be a GAL. We also know many people who have the heart to foster a child, but their current life situation won't allow it. If you fall into either category, rest assured, we still need you!

As a Program Ambassador, you would share Speak Up for Kids within your sphere of influence and create opportunities for a program representative to present the need to your business network, brunch group, friend network, fraternity, sorority, etc.

We are looking for Ambassadors who are as passionate about our children as we are and we are open to any idea that will help increased the number of GAL volunteers and the number of foster homes.

Working together, we can be the shining light in the darkness.
