There are 5 easy steps to become a Sparrow Adult Community Volunteer:

Step 2: Provide references
Step 3: Complete orientation training and submit safety survey test
Step 4: Schedule a tour and get a TB Skin test. Click here to learn more about required health screenings (http://www.sparrow.org/?id=1727&sid=1).
Step 5: Schedule an interview and have TB test read. Submit results to Volunteer Services.
