About Bike Ambassador

The SWMMBA Bike Ambassador program is a volunteer, non-enforcement group of dedicated individuals that want to help our community and fellow riders on the trail. The responsibilities of an ambassador include:

· Promote a positive trail experience for all users
· Have a community volunteer presence on our trails with the goal of improved trail etiquette from all users
· Provide information about the trail system to riders and the public
· Offer help and minimal first aid if needed
· Assist with basic mechanical issues and fixes
· Reduce conflict
· Report problems re: trail or trailhead needs, seasonal condition reports and potential hazards
