We are looking for employers to join SLA Foundation in our goal of providing lower-income high school students with the knowledge and inspiration they desire for upward mobility.

These kids don't need another adult telling them what to do, but rather someone to INSPIRE them. Once inspired, they will gain a sense of self-agency in academics, personal and professional development.

It's no surprise most kids would rather play ball, watch youtube videos or become a rapper than aspire to be the next executive at a Fortune 500 company or startup founder. Look at the top 8 CAREERS kids want to do:

How can you help accomplish these goals?

We offer employers a turnkey solution to showcase their community support. SLA Immersions is a program we developed to maximize benefits while minimizing time and costs. It is only a 1.5 – 2 hour commitment on a Friday afternoon. The field trip consists of an office tour, an introduction to the founder’s story & company overview, followed by a Q&A with a diverse panel of 3-5 employees from various backgrounds and roles. SLA Foundation coordinates all travel to and from the office, and develops the Q&A materials.
