About Silver Dollar at the Ranch "Party in a Pasture" Set Up

We host a party under the stars benefiting pediatric cancer and because we are literally in a hayfield on a working ranch, it takes a LOT of man power to pull it all together!!! We need help with setting up tables, decorating tables, putting together auction item descriptions and assistance with transporting items from one part of the ranch to the other via golf carts.
