About Building The Dream

Shaw Pit Bull Rescue is EXPANDING. We need your help to get us off the ground. We need help with fencing, building, cleaning, etc at our new site. We also need help at the rescue with the necessary care that must be provided to the dogs that call it home.

Application Process

Must be over 13 years of age to work at the new site. Everyone under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian with them on their first visit to sign permission forms.

Event going on every Saturday from 8:00 - 12:00. We're asking volunteers to show up and help us with fencing at our New Site. No skills needed to volunteer. We can help you just as much as you can help us. Closed toe shoes are required. Feel free to call 662-386-7429 for more information at any time.

As we try to get moving to our new site. We seem to have have one large problem every week. Sticks! There are always sticks on the ground right where we need to be working. If you would like to help us with the property clean up, please let us know.

Volunteers are asked to be 13 years old or older and wear close toe shoes to work in.
