About Serve in York County with Home Helps

Home Helps volunteers serve together to build wheelchair ramps for mobility and freedom; replace rotting staircases, drywall, ceilings, doors, windows and flooring for a safe and healthy home; apply universal design concepts to showers and bathrooms; caulk windows and doors; paint both the interior and exterior of the home; provide minor plumbing and electrical work; and perform property maintenance.
