About 9/11 Day- Join our challenge to bring up scores at needy schools!

Join our public school challenge! Tutor underserved elementary school students (grades pre-k--5) from central Brooklyn schools so they have an equal chance at academic achievement. They're bright, engaging and have dedicated, talented teachers. They deserve the best. But the teachers need help! Can you tutor math or reading or any other subject?

Open to anyone with a big heart and few hours starting now for back to school and during the 2013-14 school year. Hours flexible.

Especially can help at our Crown Heights Farmers Markets:
--Thursdays between 1 and 7 pm at Albany/Lefferts Avenues, Brooklyn, NY
--Fridays between 1 and 7 pm at Parkside Plaza at the Q train, between Ocean and Flatbush Avenues, Brooklyn, NY.
--Saturdays between 9 and 5 at Eastern Parkway library or Crown Heights library or at our farmers market starting June 26 - Prospect Park at Empire and Flatbush Avenues, and Bed-Stuy at MS 35.
