About Give a Helping Hand: Ward 5

Give a helping hand to the aging and disabled people of Washington, D.C.'s Ward 5. Whether it is aiding in programs put on at the nutrition sites or helping out at the office, volunteers are greatly appreciated. Spanish, arts and crafts, and exercise class teachers, as well as food service assistants are all needed and helpful at the nutrition sites. Please contact Vivian Grayton if you are interested.
