About One of our many fundraising events scheduled, usually on Saturdays, or socializing/playtime with the animals whenever you can.

SOS has many fundraising events at area businesses and festivals. We set up tables to put out flyers and rescue info for the public, and take rescue animals with us when allowed. Volunteers can help with dogs on a leash to walk around and meet people, and also hand out flyers and let people know who we are and how they can help (yep, have a flyer for that too!).

Application Process

Volunteer forms (name, address, contact info & what you prefer to volunteer for) can be emailed to you or downloaded from our website to fill out and mail or email to us. If under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must sign the form also.

Family-Friendly

Parents and children are invited and encouraged to get involved.
