About Community Connections

The Community Connections program trains volunteers to provide everyday assistance to seniors in Saratoga County. Our mission is to help seniors age in place and maintain an independent lifestyle by providing assistance with:

-Home Visits
-Respite Assistance
-Household Chores
-Transportation
-Shopping & Errands
-Telephone Check
