About Hospice Volunteer - Patient Companionship/Social Interaction
Volunteers offer support, companionship, and practical, compassionate help. Reading or providing a comforting touch and/or providing a friendly visit to lift a patient's spirits.
Application Process
Hospice Volunteers must complete Volunteer Orientation, including a Health Screen and TB Skin Test. Volunteers must successfully complete an FBI/Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. Must be at least 18 years old.
