About Walking with Kids and Horses

Riding for the Handicapped of Western PA teaches children with disabilities to ride horses, no pony rides here trained instructors teach to each child's abilities with the goal to reach their maximum potential. It requires many volunteers as some children might require three each.
There are no paid positions or charges to the families which is why we need a lot of volunteers. there are as many as 75 children riding each week with up to six children in a class.
So if you are looking fora fun way to interact with kids and like horses, we have the place for you!
No experience required. We can teach you to help us teach.
