About Read Across America Day

In commemoration of beloved author Dr. Seuss, Rider University will be participating in Read Across America Day on Friday, March 27th from 2:30pm to 6:00pm. We will be visiting the Boys and Girls Club at Mott Elementary School for interactive arts and crafts, story time and life skills that will bring Dr. Seuss and his famous characters to life and promote reading to elementary school students.

Engaged and energetic volunteers are needed to help present and direct activities with the Boys and Girls Club students!

Transportation will be provided to and from Rider for the event.

Volunteer Check-In will start at 2:30 PM at the BLC
