About Volunteer Tutor - Empower a child with reading!

Rise up for reading! Reading Partners is a mission-driven nonprofit that partners with schools and communities to provide elementary-aged students with the foundational literacy skills they deserve to read at grade level by the fourth grade. Your dedication can make a difference—become a volunteer tutor and provide one-on-one reading support to students with just over one hour per week. We offer flexible in-person volunteer times Monday-Thursday during the school day. No experience is required, as we provide volunteers with a structured curriculum, training, and ongoing support to help you and your student succeed.
