About Mecklenburg County Fire & Life Safety Bowl: March 16~7:30am-3pm
We need your help to make the 38th Annual Fire & Life Safety Bowl a success!
The Charlotte Fire Department, Mecklenburg County Fire Marshal’s Office and many other organizations have proudly conducted the Fire & Life Safety Bowl since 1979. This year, the Bowl consists of 32+ public and private Charlotte/Mecklenburg schools with teams of 4th and 5th graders. Students compete against each other teams using injury prevention study materials in a *game show* format. The objective is to score as many points as possible by answering questions based on the study materials provided.
