About Visitor Services Front Desk Volunteer

The Visitor Services & Maintenance department is looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals with some computer skills.

The front desk volunteer will:
--Answer phones
--Greet Garden visitors
--Assist customers with purchases and promote membership
--Assist with opening and closing of the QBG store when needed
--Assist in reconciling register receipts
--Unpack, price and display merchandise in the QBG store
--Must commit to scheduled shifts
Shifts are Mon- Fri 7:30a- 4:00pm. (4-4.5 hour shifts)
--Assist with data entry as needed
--May be asked to work special events on weekends
--Assist with community outreach
--Assist with Gift Shop inventory
