About Ride for Freedom
Join Project Mona's House and Slow Roll Buffalo as we RIDE FOR FREEDOM. We need YOUR help to make this event a success.
Family-Friendly
Parents and children are invited and encouraged to get involved.
We need volunteers to help with:
Putting Ride packages together
August 31, 2019 12:00pm – 3:00pm
We will be stuffing registration bags
Who volunteered?
Raffle Pick
August 25, 2019 12:00am – September 1, 2019 12:00am
We will need to pick up raffle baskets that people are donating. This will be communicated directly from the donations team. Must have own transportation.
Who volunteered?
Set-Up- Transport
September 6, 2019 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Picking up all event materials from 111 West Humboldt Parkway Buffalo, NY 14214 and transporting them to the event location. Must use own vehicle or able to drive a uhal.
Set Up- Event Location
September 6, 2019 3:00pm – 5:00pm
We will have 4 teams of 2 setting up booths, hanging posters, and transforming the actual event location in a ride for freedom to remember.
Greeters/ Info
September 6, 2019 5:00pm – 10:00pm
These are the the people who will be able to guide people to the right locations for registration, after party, vendors, etc. They will wear stickers that say ASK ME, and will be a resource to all riders.
